    BT have recently announced that : We've improved the security of your BT Yahoo! Mail account to help prevent fraud and spam. To send emails from alternate addresses you now need to verify them by following the steps below. If you don't verify addresses your outgoing emails may be blocked and you might get an Error 553 message.

     

    TO MAKE YOUR EMAIL WORK AGAIN

     

    If you find your email is BLOCKED on send,
    and
    your ISP or BROADBAND PROVIDER, ADSL PROVIDER is
    BT Broadband, Openworld, BT Connect etc
    Then you may have to perform their VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESSES procedure. Full instructions can be found by clicking this link
