    BASIC TERMS
    Minimum contract term: 3 months / discounted prices above are for 1 year paid in advance
    Setup fee: £69 - with a 3 month contract or free when you pay for a year in advance
    Migration fee: £69 - when you transfer from another provider or free when you pay for a year in advance
    Hardware prices when purchased with Broadband contract
    USB modem: £59 - includes microfilter and USB cable
    Modem/router: £99 - includes one ethernet cable.

    Cancellation notice minimum 40 days before renewal. MAC Code provided on application.

    We do NOT provide a MAC CODE for transfer to other ISPs and it may take up to 21 days to cancel your account and remove the flag from your telephone line.

    *Uncapped : We reserve the right to shut down users who are using the service excessively, note that we have not shut down any users to date. - we forbid the re-sale of your contract in whole or in part to third parties. - You may however use the ADSL connection on a single local network to multiple computers, provided the computers are all part of one company (the contract holder)
